Philips Software Procedure

The TV starts, the Philips splash screen appears, but restarts (TPN10.1ELA).

Cure INFO:
Because the TV is constantly restarted, it can not be updated via the UPG file. Therefore, this is a PKG upload procedure.

CURE:
Please update with the TPN1011E_V2.120 PKG software (attached attachment).

The operation is done as follows:
1. Remove the ZIP file in the root of the empty USB key.
Rename the file to "upgrade.pkg" (if necessary).
3. Turn on the TV with "RC" when the TV is in standby mode (AC power cord for wall outlet).
4. Turn off the TV by unplugging the power cord.
5. Insert the USB stick into a PKG file into the TV's USB port.
6. Turn on the TV "On" by placing the power cord in the wall socket.
7. The TV now automatically forces the SW update.
8. The "Software Update Process ..." screen appears on the OSD screen
9. Wait until the screen appears and the channel reappears, then the USB content browser screen appears
10. Disconnect the USB stick and turn it on "" on the TV.
11. In the "oN" position on the TV and go to Home -> TV Settings -> General Settings -> "Re-install TV" and select Yes, this will solve the problem.
IMPORTANT: This software is a service and can only be used when such a symptom occurs.
